Board Meetings

The Cadman Towers Board of Directors meets monthly to discuss building operations, finances, and community matters, except in August and December.

All shareholders are welcome to attend either in person or on Zoom. The first 30 minutes of each meeting are dedicated to open cooperator feedback, providing residents with an opportunity to share ideas, ask questions, and raise concerns.

Minutes from each Board meeting are made available to all residents in 30 days. These summaries provide transparency and keep shareholders informed about decisions, updates, and ongoing initiatives discussed at each meeting.
