Cadman Towers will remain affordable for the next 50 years—and most likely well beyond—because of a unique regulatory agreement with NYC’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) that locks in long-term affordability protections. As an HDFC cooperative with income restrictions and resale price caps, Cadman Towers is legally structured to serve moderate-income families for generations. Combined with responsible financial planning, strong resident leadership, and our pioneering Article 2 to Article 11 conversion, we’ve built a model of sustainable affordability that stands the test of time.
